What we collect
When you request the Grant Readiness Checklist, we collect your name and email address. That's it — no tracking profiles, no purchase of outside data, nothing else.
Why we collect it
We use your email to deliver the checklist and to send occasional plain-language funding tips from Granterra. We never sell or share your email with anyone.
Where it's stored
Your name and email are stored in a secure database operated by our website hosting provider, Manus, protected by access controls. Only Granterra can view the list.
How to unsubscribe
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time. You can also simply reply to any message and ask to be removed.
Removal requests
To have your information deleted entirely, email ryan@ryanpainter.ca and we'll confirm removal within a few business days.
